1. Digital Goods Policy
Due to the non-tangible, instant digital access nature of our vector sequence files, all sales are final once digital files have been downloaded or accessed.
2. Exceptions & File Support
We want to ensure your research workflow runs smoothly. We will honor refund requests or file replacements under the following specific circumstances:
Corrupted or Inaccessible Files: If a downloaded file is corrupted, unreadable, or missing advertised data formats, contact support. If we cannot provide a working file replacement within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued.
Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same vector bundle twice in error, contact us with your order receipts for a full refund on the duplicate charge.
3. How to Request Assistance
To request file assistance or report an order issue:
Email us at support.perkinsvector@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.
Include your Lemon Squeezy order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue.
Refunds are issued through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method.
